Why The Bulletproof Knees Method Was Created

The program was born from my own personal frustration where I had minor knee pain my entire life, I had X-rays at 15 and told 'we don't know what the problem is', I spent thousands and thousands on Massage therapists, Physios, Osteo's, only to see no improvement.

I tried red light therapy, foam rolling and every supplement under the sun but nothing worked. In the end I did what most people do.....Ignored it....it was painful but manageable....If I avoided training legs, I could still run, play football multiple times a week and with enough rest, it let me carry on living my life...

Until one day, I decided to mix up my routine and smash CrossFit for a year. Suddenly, half way through a deadlift my knee gave up. Leaving me with excruciating pain with every step.

No rest, no massage, no stretching, no cold baths could touch it...So I decided to get an MRI...

The results came back....Arthritis... at 32...

I was devastated. Too Young for a knee replacement. What now!?

As an avid gym goer and someone who prioritised health, exercise and an active lifestyle I felt my life was over.

I could barely put on my socks or get about of bed without feeling like I had my stabbed in the knee with an electric knife, let alone run, play football with my kids, cycle or go skiing.

It was at this point I decided to go head first into this to figure out what could be done. To my surprise, so much of what needed to be done and so much of what helped me was everything I was told NOT to do at university (when studying sports science), Everything I was told NOT to do when I become a personal trainer and everything the Doctors and professional told me NOT to do...It turns out that everything I had avoided my whole life is exactly what I should have been doing to prevent this entire situation.

That's why I created this program, to help share what I learnt along the way in the simplest and least complicated way that gets the best results.

I've combined my years of experience with strength training, mobility, stretching and neurological science to bring you....
